This year, we’re celebrating a huge milestone: the 5th year of the DMV Chocolate & Coffee Festival — and we’re doing it in a big way.
Two Weekends. Two Locations. One Delicious
Celebration.
Weekend 1 — Maryland ---- November 7-8, 2026
Adventist HealthCare Fieldhouse — Boyds, MD
Weekend 2 — Virginia ----- November 14-15, 2026
Dulles Town Center Expo — Sterling, VA
Whether you come to one weekend or make it a full two-weekend celebration, you can expect the same festival energy, the same focus on amazing makers, and the same mission: helping small businesses grow through face-to-face customer connections.
What You’ll Experience at the Festival
We’re bringing in 150+ vendors each weekend for you to sip, sample, and shop from — featuring:
Top coffee roasters
Incredible chocolate makers & chocolatiers
Gourmet food purveyors
Unique artisans and specialty makers
And it’s not just shopping — it’s a full experience:
Educational classrooms where you can learn more about specialty coffee and bean-to-bar chocolate
Photo ops with Chunk & Bean, our famous festival mascots!
Kids’ activities like craft tables (and more family-friendly fun throughout the day)
Why We’re Expanding This Year
The festival has grown every year thanks to you — the attendees, the vendors, and the community that shows up and supports small businesses in a big way. Losing the Dulles Expo Center left us uncertain about the future, but new doors opened—allowing us to keep the festival close to home in Virginia while finally bringing it to Maryland as well.
By expanding to two weekends, we can:
Showcase more businesses
Welcome more attendees from the DMV region & beyond
Create more engaging activities & educational opportunities
And deliver an even bigger overall festival experience
This year, we’re also excited to share that our expansion will double the reach of our food drive partnership with WGTS 91.9. We’ll be collecting donations across both weekends, so together we can support local families and neighbors in need while celebrating the best of the DMV’s coffee, chocolate, and small business community.
